I want to thank you again for the very comfortable and functioning bottom-front double- crown/bridge system that you designed, ordered and placed on the abutment of the recent new implant that Dr. Sindoni placed. It was a great solution to a complex tooth problem of recurring root resorption. I also appreciate having been included in the various decisions that needed to be made, such as materials selection of the crowns, and the possibility or choice of the unit being removable. 

As an engineer I recognize the thoughtful, complex, and creative solution that you developed and installed with great precision. The double cantilever crowns being screwed into the new implant abutment, make this unit unique and removable. As you said, this design would allow this unit to be reused in the future, if necessary, without damaging it. This design is both cost effective and very patient friendly, which I appreciated very much. 

Now I can again play my clarinet and eat one of my favorite foods - artichokes. Your extensive experience, knowledge, and technical talent along with your professionalism is greatly appreciated. It is my opinion, you are a great "tooth architect/engineer", and person.
