This patient had undersized lateral incisors which had been built up with direct composite veneers many years back. Note the dull opaque color and the lack of proper size proportions, especially the height of the gum line to your left.
We used our laser to raise the gum line in the shorter tooth to nearly match the other side, and then we used full ceramic crowns to rebuild the deficient incisors. Note the tricky translucent enamel halo on the natural teeth, and how we were able to match this with the new crowns on the lateral incisors.
